I'm a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist a Reiki Master, and a Life Coach. Hypnotherapy, Reiki, EFT, Life Coaching and Bilateral Stimulation are just my latest adventure in spiritual journey.

From 1983 until 2001 I had an exciting career in television news. I was a TV reporter, assignment editor, producer, executive producer and finally a news director. In the year 2000 I was running a successful 70 person news operation in the 19th largest TV market in the country. I was walking quickly and angrily across the newsroom one afternoon when I landed strangely on my left foot. It made a loud snapping sound and I let out this uncontrollable cry of pain. That was the moment that my life changed for ever.

It was a broken toe that would turn into something called Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy. The result was the most painful experience of my life. An injury that would hurt ten times more than anyone would imagine it could and that months after the initial injury still was red swollen and in severe pain as though I had just broken the toe.

Through Feldenkrais Method, Myofascial Release, Acupuncture and a major shift in my beliefs I'm now pain free and show no signs of RSD. Through healing my toe I came to see how unhappy I was with my career in the negative world of television news. I got in touch with my desire to serve people on a more personal level.

I ended up taking Hypnotherapy training for personal growth and found the experience so profound and so much fun that I decided to make it my profession. I learned Reiki and EFT at about the same time. My grandmother had been a Reiki practitioner and even though she has passed on I feel her with me whenever I practice Reiki. My other grandmother was a palm reader , a collector of angels and a breast cancer survivor. She too guides me along my journey.

I've been interested in hypnosis, metaphysics and spirituality for as long as I can remember. I first hypnotized a friend when I was 12 years old. I've always let my intuition be my guide and believe that we are all spiritual beings having a human experience. In respect for the spiritual nature of the healing work.

I've become an ordained minister in the Church of Universal Life. As a minister I can provide spiritual counseling, conduct marriage and partnership ceremonies and am bound and protected by the laws that guarantee freedom of religious expression.
