Saratoga Springs is a scenic 90 minute drive from the Sacramento Airport (airport code: SMF).
  History
Long before Saratoga Springs became a popular retreat center, the local Pomo Indians used our valley sanctuary for peace-making and healing. Still resonating with the healing energy of the past, our property is home to large oak and walnut trees, meadows, endless hiking trails, sacred power points and a wide assortment of healing herbs, foliage and wildlife.

Lodging
Our lodging facilities are a mixture of dorm style bunk beds located in the Historic Main Lodge as well as numerous cabins offering a mixture of private and shared rooms. Bedding and towels included.

Saratoga Springs facilities include:

  • The Heart Lodge – a beautiful 2,400 sq ft all purpose room with radiant heated floor & Stone Fireplace.

  • The Historic Main Lodge ~ a beautiful 100 year old two story building that houses our main dining area and is also the focal ‘gathering space’ for guests.

  • A large, in-ground Swimming Pool, set in a lush garden adjacent to our shaded Gazebo

  • Hot in-ground soaking pool (12-14 people)

He then used the same belief to imagine his way to the top job in the newsroom. While running an entire news operation he helped his life partner launch and market a successful corporate catering company. A few hours into hypnotherapy training, Rick began to imagine a hypnotherapy practice and by the end of the training he had found his first clients, started a practice.

Today Rick uses his life experience and his hypnotherapy, energy therapy, Reiki training, and life Coaching to inspire clients and students to imagine the lives they truly desire.
